Care Home Trainer / L&D Consultant 

Paying up to £40000 inc salary and car allowance - Based from Home!

HR Careers Nationwide Recruitment Service has an exciting role for a Care Home Trainer who has a background in a nursing home or care home training and Health & Social Care client. Our client is seeking an inspirational and motivational Learning and Development / People Development manager to cover the Midlands.

Responsibilities

To promote a culture of learning and continued professional development.

Working with stakeholders, training, and development peers to develop and deliver training plans and solutions.

Lead and manage learning and development coach, advise, guide, and support managers by providing high-level people management and development support across designated areas.

Managing the L&D team that reports into this role ensuring the overall training.

To work in collaboration with the Leadership Team and business stakeholders to develop, review and evaluate leadership and management development programs.

Requirements:

The successful candidate needs to have a relevant Learning and Development Qualification, ideally a degree, CIPD, or similar.

Ideally, you will have a health and social care, care home, a nursing home background working within a health & social care environment or similar.

You will have a proven track record of designing and delivering presentations, and be adept at producing your own PowerPoint or similar presentations.

You will be liaising with the management team and truly partnering the business with deciding what, how, why, and where training is needed for the managers and in turn their teams.

You will have experience in delivering training in care homes/ nursing homes or health and social care and have trained in a multi-site.

The role will require you to drive to various sites across the region, with various training, health, and social care paraphernalia which will be supplied by our client, along with a laptop and phone. All mileage and overnight stays will be paid for.
