As an expanding business, we are not helping them to hire an inspirational and motivational Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager to develop their business further.

You will be a high-profile individual, experienced at managing a complex pipeline within a variety of geographical territories

An excellent communicator, adept at negotiating at all levels

Self-motivated, highly organised, and determined to succeed.

Experience in developing/ selling/ account managing a portfolio of training and consultancy services and qualifications

Experience in B2B consultative sales; working with high-value accounts and brands

A proven ability to sell and develop new key accounts, exceeding income generation targets

Knowledge of workplace occupational health and safety

Demonstrable experience in securing new business in the UK and potentially overseas

Sound knowledge of regulated/non-regulated qualifications, including the development and sale of bespoke programs

Strong computer literacy and excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
