General Manager

Nationwide Recruitment Service (NRS) is looking for an inspirational and motivational Registered Manager to work for their client who is a first-class Health and Social Care business.

The role of Branch Manager is to the value added by our clients domiciliary, nursing, health and social care for people of all agesYou will need to have a background as a registered manager within care as you will be responsible for ensuring that all NRS’s clients business targets are met with full compliance in line with quality and legislative standards.

Please outline your achievements in your previous role e.g., how you have increased revenue. Met KPIS, ensured compliance and adhered to CQC.

Reporting to Regional Operations Manager for the East your role will include:

·Managing service delivery and overall branch operations, cost effectiveness and efficiency.

·Continually assess branch performance against weekly and monthly targets

·Achieve and maintain Registered Manager status

·Ensure compliance with ISO and all legislative requirements.

·Manage all branch level complaints.

·Manage a team of Care Supervisors who are field based.

·Provide reports to Regional Managers/Head Office as and when required.

·Identify training and development needs for all branch staff.

·Presenting to prospective new clients

·Maintaining great relationships with existing clients

·Key account management

·Advising on pay rate changes.

·Ensure the effective placement of staff to meet client needs.

·Manage timesheets.

·On call duties as arranged locally

·Symmetry between personal and organisational values

·Demonstrates the behaviours associated with Nursing & Care values

·Supportive working environment with ongoing learning and development opportunities.
