Head of HR Transformation and Global Change Management
Based anywhere in UK as multiple sites - up to £170k

You will be the HR head of Global Change & Training Lead - this role is a multi-faceted senior leadership role requiring an experienced and competent individual to support the definition, implementation and optimisation of change and end-user training activities to support our desired culture, behaviour and process change agenda.
You will be extremely hands-on working to define and deploy effective change engagement activities to support the deployment of:
Workday as a business technology platform
New standardised ways of working in recruitment, talent and performance and learning
New HR target operating models at a country level
Service delivery model optimised at a country level
Background in change management
This role's primary focus is on the people side of change, including those changes resulting from new or adapted business processes, systems and ways of working, job roles and organisation structures.
You must have Global experience - you will be dealing with EMEA so again you will need to be able to speak to the end-user group stretching from USA to Asia to London
You will be the senior HR Leadership team leader and key member of the Group HR Transformation leadership team
You will have a n excellent comprehension of change management and work streams models
Strong interpersonal skills to deliver change across a global landscape
Extensive experience of leading successful change programmes and initiatives
Understanding of managing and supporting multi-sites
Experience of creating, managing and meeting challenging targets
Strong interpersonal skills within a multi-disciplinary team and with external contacts
In your previous role you will have
Driven up user adoption and user competence in the new technology platform AND hr business processes.
Developed strategy, tools and templates to support change management and training activities across a global Programme
Managed project work streams that change is managed effectively to enable agreed Vision and Target Operating Models
Defined and measured success metrics and monitored change progress (pre and post going live on a work stream project (ideally "work day")
Applied a structured methodology and lead change management activities including:
Assessing the change impact (through Change Impact Assessments)
Conducting Change Readiness Assessments and identify key stakeholders that require focused interventions
Consulting and coach project teams regarding change and equip them to play their role in the various change activities
Built end user training to include Employees, Line Managers, Leaders and the HR Function
Lead and manage all training activities supported by a Learning Analyst/Coordinator
o Evaluate and ensure user readiness
o Identify and manage anticipated resistance (focus on influential stakeholders)
o Support and engage senior leaders regarding changes to HR processes and impact on key stakeholder groups
o Support organisational design and definition of new/amended roles and responsibilities
o Integrate change management and training activities into project plan
o Identify and mitigate Change Management
o Manage the change portfolio
