Product Manager – Mortgages or Building Society background.  7 years’ experience

As a part of our accelerated growth, we are hiring a Product Manager to continue to expand our market leading, contemporary, Servicing platform. 

If you are an innovator who is excited by working with technology that directly impacts Clients, this is a unique opportunity for you to be involved in the early stages of the development of a forward thinking application, with a critical focus on enhancing the user experience, while leveraging contemporary Cloud technologies from AWS, and contemporary development technologies and frameworks such as JAVA 17, SpringBoot 3.0, Cucumber and Allure.

You will have a background key responsibilities for this role will be as follows.

EXPEREINCE

You will have previous experience within a Product Manager or Product Owner role.

We would want you to be a visionary, somebody who demonstrates the ability to define a future direction and outcome and mobilise an organisation towards that vision. A demonstrable ability to communicate at all levels, gain buy-in and commitment for ideas, and ensure understanding of the value of Our solutions.

Have an innovative way of thinking, to think outside of the ordinary, and define solutions to problems that Clients did not realise that they had. You will be a leader and be able to influence at all levels and set direction and lead and manage through a team of Product Owners.

It will be key to show us you have solid planning skills and the ability to always look ahead, highlight issues and risks, providing solutions and meeting deadlines. Providing us with an understanding of how to build a business case, and demonstrate outcome-based results.

Qualifications

Agile Product Owner experience ideally gained within an agile team, ideally in a FinTech / Financial services organisation.
