Sales Executive / Business Development - New Homes

Nationwide Recruitment Service has an exciting new role for a talented and inspirational new homes sales consultant based near West Midlands

This is a pivotal role within a successful business and positive sales and marketing team.

The role will proactively work within a group of business development professionals, selling properties, developments, and lifestyles across an expanding business with a portfolio of new homes and apartments.

You will be based at the West Midlands site and be an inspirational and self-motivated business development/ sales professional who will take customers and potential clients on tours of the developments and communities, managing all aspects of the sale through to completion and assisting new homeowners to settle into their dwellings.

You will be a professional enthusiastic and engaging business development professional, building meaningful relationships built on empathy and friendliness with colleagues and customers. You will be interested in new homes, and apartments and have a background in selling the same including off-plan.

You’ll manage a database of prospects, track sales and marketing activity, identify areas for growth, and report progress regularly to the Sales and Marketing Director.

Experience

A facilities/ development, new homes, apartments, selling show homes experience required.

Customer service or sales experience gained in a customer-facing role, including but not limited to within retail, hospitality, or perhaps an estate agency.

Full UK driving license and own vehicle maintained to a good standard.

Empathetic listener with a calm exterior and patience to cultivate strong relationships with our customers.

Demonstrable commercial acumen to deliver sales success.

Superb problem-solving skills, with the ability to think laterally.

A proactive, self-motivated, and positive attitude

Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Prior housing sales experience and knowledge of the local property market would be highly advantageous.
