Project Manager/ Transformation Project Manager - Up to £52,000

Hybrid working from home and Birmingham Office

Nationwide Recruitment Service has an exciting new role for a Transformation Project Manager working 2-3 days per week in the Birmingham office and working from home. 

You will be a motivational and inspirational leader, who is the point of contact for transformation project management for our client.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

To transform, organise and implement projects, to deliver changes that affect our client’s processes, operations, and systems.

Manage all stakeholders, internal and external project management and implementation partners.

Managing the overall budget of the project]

Responsible for all change management activities relating to the implementation project

Responsible for PMO tools hi lighting progress, risks etc.

Experience of data process flows and or maps.

Requirements of the Successful Project Manager

Experience as an implementation manager or project manager or implementation project manager

Experience of leading a project

Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, information technology, or related field.

Certification in project management, such as PMP, PMI, CAPM, or PRINCE2.

A degree in project management, business, IT/ IS/ information technology, or a related field?

Experience in project management tools and methodologies, such as agile, scrum, waterfall, or lean?

strong knowledge of digital technologies, such as web, mobile, cloud, data, analytics, or AI

a certification in project management, such as PMP, PMI, CAPM, or PRINCE2

demonstrable experience in managing complex digital transformation projects.

negotiation skills to resolve conflicts, manage expectations, and secure agreements.

budget management skills
