Occupational Standards Manager - 3 days per week up to £43,000 full time equivalent
Part-time role paying up to £25,800 per annum / £43,000 per annum Full Time Equivalent + excellent benefits
We have an exciting new role for a motivated and inspirational occupational standards/ OSH manager.

The successful OSH candidate will develop, maintain, and verify the OSH training and consultancy portfolio, ensuring ongoing adherence to OSH legislation.
The successful candidate will:
develop and manage OSH courses, and products, guiding and supporting training with OSH product content to help win new business, including visits to clients/potential clients providing presentations, when appropriate
develop and provide OSH products and services in the UK and internationally for the global market.
ensure continued compliance with, and accreditation by, relevant external bodies
work closely with the Head of Training and the wider team to ensure very high standards of delivery
ensure all OSH courses are compliant
set and maintain standards for trainers to be trained and reassessed to deliver OSH products internationally and nationally.
The successful OSH candidate will:
Be a chartered member of IOSH
Be a Technician Safety Practitioner with experience of delivering and developing products and services
Have a NEBOSH National Certificate or IGC (ideally a NEBOSH Diploma)
Have a City and Guilds Training Qualification/PTLLS or level 3 teaching qualification (or equivalent)
Have a background working with and complying with awarding/accreditation bodies/ academy etc
NEBOSH National Certificate or IGC (essential)
NEBOSH Diploma (desirable)
Technician Safety Practitioner (essential)
Chartered Membership of IOSH (desirable)
City and Guilds Training Qualification (essential)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (essential)
Excellent training/presentation skills (essential)
Experience of delivery of health and safety training (essential)
