Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chartered Surveyor to join the established team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on property and construction projects, conducting valuations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed property and land valuations.

Perform structural surveys and assess properties for defects and potential issues.

Provide expert consultancy on construction and environmental projects.

Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to clients.

Ensure all projects comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.

Requirements:

  • Chartered status with a recognised institution (e.g., RICS).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Surveying or a related field.
  • Experience in surveying, projects, facilities management 
  • Proficiency in surveying software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
