Given the nature of the role, our client requires the successful residential manager to possess:

Level 3 in Residential Childcare and Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Essential)

Supervisory experience within an Ofsted-rated Children’s Home (Essential)

These qualifications are crucial for ensuring high-quality care and leadership within the residential setting.
