Nationwide Recruitment Service & HR CAREERS client is a successful business offering various products to a diverse client base. This role is to join the business on a permanent basis, responsible for high-profile accounts.

You will need to have an in-house recruitment background and be an inspirational self-motivated and enthusiastic recruiter. 

You will have experience in graduate and volume resourcing/ recruitment!

You will need to be computer literate and have an eye for detail as you will be responsible for tracking applications and maintaining a database and an ATS system.

The successful candidate will need to have first-class interpersonal skills, to liaise with internal stakeholders to director level, as well as interview candidates, so it is important you have interviewing experience.

You should have a recruitment background ideally within a volume in-house blue-chip recruitment, although if you have a proven track record as a large corporate recruiter this will be great too!

You need to have experience in managing the full recruitment life cycle from inception to completion including social media, marketing, advertising, interviewing.

This may suit someone who has worked within a volume recruitment, RPO, recruitment manager, resourcer, talent manager, in house recruiter, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), on site recruitment Consultant working as an extension of a company's HR or Resourcing function, Recruiter sitting on site with the client providing a holistic hiring solution.
