HR Business Partner

HR Manager / HR Business Partner for a manufacturing/ engineering company in Brownhills urgently.

Looking for someone who is recently CIPD qualified or worked at the HRBP level or HR manager level.

It is a hands-on day-to-day role varied and enjoyable and they need to be resilient.

Salary up to 45k

Key responsibilities:

Provide HR generalist support by working closely with the production manager

Reporting to the MD

Partner with and coach managers to support the delivery of the people headcount.

Absence and overtime

Recommend operational improvements and HR processes.

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

Person

Good knowledge of HR, Health, and safety.

CIPD qualification
