HR Adviser

PART-TIME HR Advisor / HR Manager role for an exciting Leicestershire-based business.

As HR Adviser you will be managing the HR function for a busy site in Leicester.

Salary up to £30,600 Full-time equivalent - 25 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity for a part-time HR advisor/ HR Business Partner/ HR Manager/ HR Adviser HR Professional to join an exciting business and take responsibility for HR and ER on a daily basis.

The HR Advisor/ Manager will manage the HR function and provide a comprehensive and effective HR service to all Directors, Managers, and employees. Therefore, you will have a background as an HR advisor / HR generalist or HR business partner or similar, to enable you to develop, implement and review HR policies and procedures which support our client's strategic ambitions.

As part-time HR Manager/ HR Advisor you will manage the 360-degree recruitment, selection, and onboarding process; be responsible for training/ learning and development.

This role will manage an efficient HR administrative process that enables easy access to individual, team, and cross-organizational management information, including absence records. Responsible for developing the HR infrastructure essential to support company growth, as well as providing policy advice and practical solutions to HR issues.

The main responsibilities for this role and the areas you will need to have experience in are:

HR Policies and Procedures

360 Recruitment including onboarding and recruitment budget

Salary review and relevant research

Training and Development

Pay and Benefits

Employee Relations - expert in managing conflicts at work, including grievance and disciplinary matters HR Administration

Maintain HR administrative systems to include

HR Advisory for the business

CIPD qualified or equivalent

Do you have HR experience including discipline and grievance up to and including dismissal?

Have you an HR qualification and worked within HR giving HR advice and support?
